  • Profile content — anything you add to your profile, including photos you upload.
  • Communication data — the letters, chat messages and gifts you send, and related metadata.
  • Payment information — processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.

We use your data to provide and secure the service, match you with members, process credit purchases, operate our anti-scam and safety measures, respond to support requests, comply with legal obligations, and — where permitted — to improve Velora and send you service messages. We do not sell your personal data.

Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy:

  • Account data: retained while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of account closure.
  • Communication logs: retained for up to 12 months, then deleted.
  • Payment records: retained for up to 7 years to meet legal and accounting obligations.

Age restriction

The service is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
